The Client of this amazing beach side location plot had been refused planning twice before approaching ourselves for a new innovative approach. Situated within an Area of Outstanding National Beauty (AONB), this was the last remaining undeveloped water-fronted plots in Abersoch. 

Full detailed planning was awarded for a 3-bed split level design. With glazed double-height living space, this property was cut into the rocks with steps leading you directly onto the beach. As this plot was in such a prominent position, we had to give careful consideration in respect to public vantage points to ensure a well screened yet contemporary beach side home.
