Hot Yoga is ideally practiced in a room heated to 40°C with relative humidity of at least 40%.   When we were approached to covert a commercial office space into the county’s first Hot Yoga Studio, we realised that there were several factors to take into consideration.  We had to ensure that the construction limited the impact on the other tenants whilst ensuring that we created a holistic space that could maintain high temperatures.  We also had to ensure that 1,500 sq. ft could easily fit two toilets, two changing rooms, a reception including retail space plus a sizeable studio that could comfortably fit 30 people.   

With polished concrete floor throughout, full wall length mirrors and exposed wood panelling, the finished project was a calm and aesthetically pleasing space for this unique business.
