Project Overview.  Situated within the loop of the River Severn, the owners of this beautiful Grade II Georgian property wanted to make full internal alterations and extend their home by repositioning their kitchen to make the most of the stunning river views.

Due to the Grade II listed element of the building, and the close proximity to a historic site in the town, the contemporary kitchen extension had to be carefully designed and considered to ensure all criteria was met by both the Clients and Planners.

The new extension created 65m² of open plan family living space.  The whopping 3.2m floor-to-ceiling frameless sliding doors, combined with a flush threshold, corner window openings and a sunken ceiling, creates a seamless transition between the internal space, the walled garden and the spectacular river views beyond.
