This project was an unconditional purchase of 2 adjacent sites from the NHS and Bromford Housing Association with the existing hospital locally listed.   Working alongside a local Housing Developer, we obtained detailed planning consent for 9 new luxury bungalows and the conversion of a locally listed building into 6 luxury apartments including a Penthouse with lift. 

The scheme benefitted from a communal area comprising of a pond and wildflower walk.  Whilst under construction, 13 of the 15 properties were sold off plan.
