This project was part of a long term, mixed use local development with Hammersmith and Fulham council. Comprising of 27,000 sq. ft of B1 floor space, the high-quality accommodation replaced the existing B8 floorspace. A sunken basement courtyard enabled us to maximise space and with its own separate entrance, the overall scheme retrained its distinct character. Planning permission was granted in 2010.
This elegantly designed scheme offered high-quality office accommodation for eight commercial spaces, car parking and bicycle storage facilities.
